The restaurant is located by the end of the walk in MBS building. It’s a bit quiet but good enough to sit and have a good lunch. We order noodle, Xiao long bao, vegetables and etc. all were delicious. Restaurant was clean. Suitable for all customers. Staff is good. The waiting time for food was really short.
This branch did had the standard pork XLB at least not when I visited, only pork with truffle option was available. Rice with pork is very nice. Atmosphere is nice.
I had a very good experience here. All the food we ordered was very delicious. We got served fast and the staff was professional. The only negative point was the noisiness of the restaurant (music too loud and poor noise insulation).
Surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. Minimal wait times to get in as a couple and service was very quick! It is more on the expensive side, with certain dishes such as the truffle Xiao Long Bao so be wary before ordering.
Pictured: Shanghainese drunken chicken, oriental wontons with black vinegar & chilli oil, steamed truffle & pork xiao long bao, sliced duck in crispy spring onion pastry, fried rice with shrimps & eggs, deep fried shrimp & pork wontons.
We liked the dumplings and the soup. The fried rice was standard, nothing special. The coconut pudding at the end was very good.
Had quick lunch. Registered using QR code to take queue number. Didn’t have to wait long maybe it was almost after lunch hours. DTF food is always a great meal
This was a disappointing visit, absolutely no service and food was disappointing . Our veggies was pretty overcooked for what it was and there wasn't very much service. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced. Came with grandma for dinner but she had a hard time chewing most of the dishes we got. The xlb was probably the best out of the bunch and there wasn't that much soup inside.
Aside from refilling our tea there was no interactions with servers at all, no one bothered to ask how our meal was even at the cash register
Outstanding were Xiao Long Bao, Shanghainese Drunken Chicken, and this savory braised beef soup. The service was stellar.
